Qualifications & Experience
Basic: Graduation / Post Graduation in any social science stream.
Desirable: Post Graduate in Social Work / Rural Development or MBA in Rural Management.
Essential: 3 years of experience in rural development / cluster development.
Salary: Will not be a constraint for a deserving candidate.
Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Implement project activities as per the approved DPR and guidelines of Ministry of MSME / Nodal Agency / Technical Agency.
- Document the process of all programmes executed under the project.
- Prepare minutes and photography of all project meetings and activities.
- Assist in purchase of required raw materials and ensure quality, reasonable price, and timely delivery at artisan level.
- Contact and coordinate with beneficiaries; strengthen women artisan SHGs.
- Ensure successful functioning of the SPV and take measures to strengthen it for sustainability.
- Record keeping, maintaining stock registers & assets of the project.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly progress reports and project completion reports to CCD and other authorized organizations.
- Organize all meetings, workshops, and contacts with local administration, bankers, marketing agencies, buyers, and artisan beneficiaries.
- Participate in local, state, and national exhibitions along with artisans and their products.
- Establish rapport with artisans/women and SHG leaders; coordinate regularly and resolve conflicts in consultation with Head of IA.
- Remain custodian of all assets of the project.
- Undertake any other job in the interest of the project as directed by the Head of IA or any other authorized agency.
