Budget & Reach
₹1,16,17,740 deployed across 6 pillars — healthcare, education, earnings, habitat, leadership, and cohesion — in 7 remote villages at 600–800m elevation.
Computer Training
39 participants completed free 3-month Skill India vocational computer training — 64% female participation, spanning all 6 programme villages.
Tailoring & Digital Literacy
Two parallel training clusters — 53 enrolled in tailoring and 104 in digital literacy, spanning both Engarsing and Jeerango Panchayats.
Entitlement Data
587 total entitlements secured across 12 scheme types in FY 2025–26.
VDC Achievements
Village Development Committees empowered with formal bank accounts, letterheads, and the ability to petition government — a shift from dependency to agency.
Poultry & Livestock
700 chicks distributed to 12 households + 1 youth group. Average ₹10,000 profit per cycle. Plus a 2,000-capacity flagship farm inaugurated at Gurasahi.

5 years as daily labourer after Class 10. FFVDP provided counselling and ₹10,000 scholarship. Now enrolled in ITI Fitter at Centurion University.

After one month of sewing training, bought her own machine and began tailoring for the community — self-reliant income.
